will be achieved by ensuring that Early

Has effective external relationships
Has a voice on key ECE advisory/reference groups. -
Maintains regular face to face dialogue with key players.

Has effective links with the media.
Promotes public perceptions of ECE. -
Prepares submissions in response to Government
strategies.

Responds pro-actively to key issues.
Goal 3
Early
Education Federation
will provide a forum for members to network,
debate and collaborate about ECE issues.
This
will be achieved by ensuring that:

A diverse membership is maintained.
- Meetings are effective and inclusive.

Vigorous debate around issues is encouraged at
meetings.

Roles, responsibilities and direction are clearly
defined.

Communication strategies and record keeping systems
are effective.
